An abstract should be prepared in Latex or plain tex file. It should contain a title, the affiliation of the speaker (department and university), an email address, above the text of the abstract.

Submission of abstracts will be through the platform "Fields Institute Abstract Submission" provided by the Fields Institute for Mathematical Research at:

https://portal.fields.utoronto.ca/submit-abstract

Once there, you can enter your email address in the plank box and then click "Go". Then you will receive an email in which an abstract submission "Code" together with a "Direct Link" can be found. Click the "Direct Link" in the email will bring you to the site of "Fields Institute Abstract Submission". Enter your prepared latex of the abstract, preview and save if you are satisfied with the preview. Then, you are done.

Graduate students and postdocs are also encouraged to submit abstracts on their recent research work. For those who submit abstracts, we will offer you an opportunity of presentation, scheduling you either to a contributed session or to the poster session, based on your abstracts.

The deadline of submission is June 30, 2026
